Meeting the needs of customers is the basis for our style of Association Management. Being in tune with the needs of dues-paying members and creating strategies to achieve their goals is a priority. Though missions and values may vary among associations and their members, we believe that listening, planning and acting on the needs of members is critical to promote growth, retention and member satisfaction.
Our Job
- Act as Executive Director or partner with Executive Director
- Coordinate board and membership meetings and events
- Produce association communication tools
- Oversee association web sites and payment portals
- Manage finances, dues billing and grant requests
- Establish strategic partnerships and sponsorships
- Respond to member requests
- Update membership and prospect data bases
